The goal of the Education Foundation is to support and enhance the educational program of the Fayetteville-Manlius School District. An independent non-profit organization, the Education Foundation provides support for all schools in the district.

Funds are raised through donations and sponsors that include local businesses, organizations, individuals, and alumni from across the country, and from special programs.

Mission Statement

Children are this country's most valuable resource. They represent our future. The challenge to society demands that young people receive every educational opportunity as they prepare for the next millennium.

The purpose of the Education Foundation is to support and enhance the educational program of the F-M School District, to maintain and enhance the level of excellence in the schools, and to respond to the realities of diminishing local and federal financing.

Our objectives are to provide superior school programs, award grants on a biannual basis to groups, teachers and students, and to build an endowment for future use.

Grants

To date, the Education Foundation has provided over $150,000 in grants to support and enhance the education of our students.
