The F-M School District uses a Centralized Registration process at the District Office, located at 8199 E. Seneca Turnpike, Manlius, New York. The phone number is (315) 692-1234. Once the registration process is completed at the District Office, you will be directed to the appropriate school building.

Our district has strict guidelines for class size. Because of this, there may be times when a particular school will be unable to accommodate your child when the school is at capacity. In this case, the district will provide transportation to another school within the district.

All registrations are subject to residency verification.

Registrations are processed at the District Office during the following hours:

  • September through June: 8 a.m.-3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday
  • July and August: 8-11:30 a.m. and 12:30-3 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 8 a.m.-noon Friday

To speed the registration process, please review and print the district registration packet. Fill out all applicable forms in the packet and bring them along with the requested documents to the district office.

For address changes within the district, please print the change of address packet

Private or parochial school enrollment

For families with students attending private or parochial schools, New York State requires each school district to account for all school-age children. Therefore, parents/guardians are required to register their children with the school district in which they reside (your home district). This meets state reporting requirements and informs the transportation department in the child's home district to be aware of potential busing needs. Please print the private or parochial school registration packet.

Immunization Information

The New York State Education Department requires an annual physical exam for new students, students in grades K, 2, 4, 7 and 10; sports, working permits and triennially for the Committee on Special Education.

New York State Department of Health recently notified schools and physicians that its immunization requirements have been slightly modified. All students must have record of having receiving the proper immunizations prior to starting school.

It is recommended that parents and guardians discuss the requirements and address any questions or concerns with their child's physician.
