The Swan
Alexander Z.

Gracefully gliding, on the
Crystal clear waters,
The swan, its white feathers
smoothly outlined by the moonlight.
Its neck, beautifully arched against the cool night breeze.
As it swims, with its wings tucked in, the
Ripples on the water slowly circles. Then,
Suddenly, its wings spread out, its strong legs push against the water
And it takes off
Into the air.
