Parent Council to meet Wednesday, March 1
Feb. 24, 2017: The Fayetteville-Manlius School District’s Parent Council will meet 9 a.m. Wed., March 1 in the large conference room of the F-M District Office Building, 8199 East Seneca Turnpike, Manlius. Parent Council is a forum where F-M parents and community members informally meet with the superintendent and other district staff. Advisory task force weighing facilities options
Feb. 24, 2017: A group of Fayetteville-Manlius School District residents, F-M Board of Education members and district staff members are deliberating which projects the board should consider for the district’s next capital project vote. Comprised of nearly 40 members, the F-M Community Task Force has so far met three times to discuss how to balance the many facilities needs district wide with the desires of the F-M community and its students’ educational needs. OCM BOCES to host regional forum on Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA)
Feb. 23, 2017: The Onondaga-Cortland-Madison Board of Cooperative Educational Services is hosting a regional forum March 8 during which the public will be invited to ask questions and provide input on New York state’s draft plan for the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA). Regional forums have been scheduled in Central New York and throughout the state for ESSA, which was signed into law in 2015 to replace and update the U.S. Department of Education’s No Child Left Behind Act. How to subscribe to RSS Feeds:



In order to subscribe to an RSS feed you will need two things, an RSS reader (also known as a news aggregator) and url (web address) of the RSS feed that you wish to subscribe.

» Download and Install a News Aggregator / RSS Reader - or use a RSS-enabled browser.

» Locate the web address (url) of the RSS feed (XML file) that you wish to subscribe - usually you can just click on the orange XML or RSS button.

» Many of the news readers will allow you to set the interval that the software will look for a feed update others simply update daily.

» The information in the feed will be updated when the feed contains new content.

You can choose to subscribe to the entire site RSS feed (ALL Feeds), or an individual feed found on each tab.

A news aggregator or RSS reader is a software application that collects and displays news headlines and summaries from sources that you have designated. An RSS feed is an XML document that contains the news headlines and summaries.
