Image Unavailable

As summer vacation begins to wind down, now is a good time to make sure your child is up-to-date on his or her immunizations.

New York State Department of Health recently notified schools and physicians that its immunization requirements have been slightly modified. All students must have record of having received the immunizations listed below prior to starting school.

The new requirements begin Sept. 1, 2015.

It is recommended that parents and guardians discuss the immunization summary chart below and address any questions or concerns with their child's physician.
