Sunday, December 2nd, BOCES will repair a firewall, so no access to Outlook or files from 4 PM - 5 PM.

Login Screen: Keep "Public Share" selected and do not select "Light" version. 

If you are at home, you can de-select "Private Share" so that your username is cached.

Logging in: This server has more security for your protection. Your computer (Internet Browser) will no longer be able to save your password.

Opening Mail - If you have had multiple emails on one topic, the program will keep these together. 

You will need to select the names of the people under the email, not the subject.  If you would like to view email as in the past and turn this feature off do the following:

Arrange By (Select the drop down menu from Arrange By:)

Uncheck Conversation

Please set up a time with your Computer Resource Teacher or administrator for training.  These teachers can attend department or grade level meetings.  Also, look for announcements  for mini workshops in every building.
