F-M Observatory

The F-M Observatory will be open to the public Friday, May 17 and Friday, May 24 from 8:30 – 10:30 p.m.

On May 17, Damian Allis, Ph.D., of CNY Observers & Observing, will provide an introduction to stargazing as well as information about how the night sky moves.

The event is free and open to the public. The observatory will only be open if the skies are clear and the Moon is visible. For up-to-the-minute information, please call the observatory hotline at 692-1299.
