Site based planning and shared decision making is a process designed to involve parents, teachers, and administrators in improving schools in a framework of trust and collaboration.
The main goal is to improve student achievement and student success within the overall educational experience. The secondary goal is to strengthen community support by fostering greater public involvement in the schools.
