F-M students selected to perform at state music conference

Eleven Fayetteville-Manlius High School students were selected to participate in the 2023 New York State School Music Association (NYSSMA) All-State Conference. F-M Symphony Orchestra one of two NY groups to have performed at NYSSMA

The Fayetteville-Manlius Symphony Orchestra string players are celebrating a major accomplishment. Facility projects completed at Enders Road and Fayetteville elementary schools

This fall, building upgrades to enhance security measures and improve ventilation were completed at two Fayetteville-Manlius School District elementary schools. At Fayetteville Elementary School, the ventilation system was upgraded, including the installation of an air conditioning system to create more comfortable, learner-friendly spaces and improve indoor air quality. District receives high marks for safety and security following audits

The Fayetteville-Manlius School District is being commended for the safety and security improvements it’s implemented in recent years. Spelling success: F-M students move on to regional spelling bee

The annual Fayetteville-Manlius Oral Spelling Bee came down to a nearly 15 minute head-to-head battle between Sven Chiroiu-Gozman and Avya Mangla. The final word: horticulture, which Avya spelled to take first place. Sven, Adalyn Thibodeaux, and Madeline Howes Hanlin rounded out the top four contestants. Two F-M students reach highest level of youth orchestra program

Two Fayetteville-Manlius students are celebrating a major musical accomplishment. Mia Sakonju and Shreya Bhattacharya are members of the 2023-24 Hochstein Youth Symphony Orchestra, the highest-level youth orchestra in The Hochstein School’s four-tier youth orchestra program.
