Fayetteville-Manlius High School will host this year’s Eastside College Night, taking place on Monday, Sept. 30 from 5:30-7:30 p.m. in the House 1 gym.
All high school students and families are welcome to attend this joint venture between F-M, ESM and J-D. This year’s fair so far includes 80 participating colleges. You can find a list of the colleges attending by visiting this link.
Students should register prior to the college fair using Strive Scan. Once registered, students will receive a barcode, which will be scanned by college representatives on the day of the fair to more easily share information about the schools. The following day, students will receive a report with information on all the colleges they interacted with.
At 6:30 p.m., students can head to the auditorium for a Financial Aid presentation with guest speaker Mark Hill, Director of Financial Aid at SUNY ESF.
If your student has never attended a college fair, here are some tips to consider how to make the most of a college fair. If you have any questions, please reach out to the Counseling Center at (315) 692-1801 during school hours.
