F-M band students to perform with Dallas Brass; Tickets on sale now

On Oct. 17, Fayetteville-Manlius School District students will take the stage with American ensemble Dallas Brass.

Dallas Brass, known for their blend of brass and percussion, has performed at Carnegie Hall, toured Europe and the United States, and has performed for Presidents Gerald Ford and George H.W. Bush.

F-M High School band and the Eagle Hill and Wellwood grade 7 and 8 bands will participate in a one-day clinic where they will receive mentorship and rehearse a piece with Dallas Brass to be performed during an evening concert.

The concert is open to the public and tickets may be purchased online. If still available, tickets may be purchased at the door.
