Minimum Qualifications: The ideal candidate will possess a working knowledge of the principles and practices of sanitation, cleanliness, and personal hygiene as they relate to food service and preparation. Familiarity with the care and use of food service equipment and cooking utensils is essential. The candidate should also be able to assist in the preparation and serving of food products, as well as manage inventory and stocking of food supplies, which may involve lifting items weighing up to 15 lbs. Basic arithmetic skills are required for operating a cash register and accurately recording transactions. Additionally, the ability to understand and follow both oral and written instructions is crucial for maintaining smooth operations.
