The F-M District Office will undergo a partial roof replacement during the week of spring break, April 14 to April 18. The District Office will remain open during the construction, which is expected to be complete before school resumes on April 21.
The work is part of the $15.4 million capital project approved by voters in May 2024.
The project also includes:
- Partial roof replacements at F-M High School, Wellwood and Eagle Hill middle schools
- Safety and security upgrades across all school district buildings
- Heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) control upgrades at Fayetteville Elementary School, F-M High School, Support Services Maintenance Building, Transportation Center and Conference Center
Project work at the school buildings is scheduled to begin in late June, with the majority of the construction taking place during the summer months.
The total project is anticipated to be completed by September 2025.
